SUMMARY

Both our New Car and Pre-Owned Sales Departments are looking for an experienced professional who wants to make an immediate impact on our growing sales department. No automotive experience required. Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Enthusiastic and energetic personality
• Persuasive and able to overcome objections during the sales process
• Quality customer service skills
• Persistent, competitive and a great work ethic
• Professional appearance
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities:

• Greet and guide customers as they arrive at the dealership and proceed into the sales process
• Perform a high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of the vehicle
• Enhance the sales process by demonstrating key features, functions, and benefits tailored to each individual customer
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Assist management by inspecting the inventory daily and reporting any issues
• Assist management in insuring the inventory is merchandised correctly to increase sales
• Follow up with all sold and unsold customers
